Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the MBC Neural Network application at app.markbarrera.com (the “Service”), operated by Mark Barrera Consulting (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Service is a marketing intelligence platform that provides SEO reporting, search analytics, review management, and marketing performance dashboards. The Service integrates with Google APIs (Search Console, Analytics, Ads, Calendar, and Business Profile) to aggregate and display marketing data.

3. Account and Access

Access to the Service is granted on an invitation basis to authorized clients and team members. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Google Account Connection

Certain features require you to connect a Google account via OAuth. By connecting your Google account, you authorize us to access the specific Google services and data described in our Privacy Policy. You may revoke this access at any time through the Service dashboard or through your Google Account settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Share your account access with unauthorized parties.

6. Data and Reporting

Reports and analytics provided by the Service are based on data from third-party sources (Google APIs, DataForSEO, etc.) and are provided “as is.” We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee that all data is complete or error-free.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Mark Barrera Consulting. You retain ownership of your data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mark Barrera Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your data upon termination.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
